Brand Discovery

Every logo begins with clarity. You may choose to begin with a private strategy call, where we explore your business, positioning and long-term vision. This session allows us to align direction and define the foundations that will guide the creative process. Alternatively, if you’re ready to proceed, you may complete the brand questionnaire at your convenience.

The questionnaire is a vital part of my process. It provides deep insight into your business, audience and objectives, ensuring your logo is not only visually refined, but strategically aligned. It also establishes clear expectations and a shared understanding from the outset.

Following this stage, a formal proposal and invoice will be issued.

A 50% deposit secures your project in my schedule and allows work to commence.

Research & Strategic Analysis

Before any design begins, I undertake a comprehensive research and brand analysis phase.

This includes reviewing your industry landscape, competitors, target audience, positioning, mission, values and brand voice.

Understanding where your business sits — and where it should sit — is essential to creating a logo that is not only distinctive, but strategically placed.

With a clear grasp of your brand’s personality and objectives, I develop a considered visual direction designed to elevate your presence and differentiate you within your market. Every design decision is intentional — grounded in insight, not assumption.

Presentation & Refinement

You will be presented with a curated selection of strategic logo concepts, aligned with the package you’ve selected.

Each concept is thoughtfully developed and professionally presented, allowing you to see your brand brought to life. Alongside the designs, I provide clear rationale outlining the strategic thinking behind each direction.

Once a concept is selected, we move into refinement. Up to two rounds of revisions are included to ensure the final logo feels aligned, polished and confidently representative of your business.

The objective is not simply to create something you like — but to deliver a logo that positions your brand with clarity and authority.

Feedback & Finalisation

Once your concepts are presented, you’ll have the opportunity to review and provide feedback. You may feel one direction is perfect as presented, or you may request refinements. Up to two rounds of revisions are included (in line with your selected package). These typically involve adjustments to typography, colour refinement or considered detail enhancements.

Revisions are completed within a 24–48 hour turnaround, ensuring momentum is maintained throughout the process. Any additional revisions beyond the included rounds are billed at $120 per hour.

The focus during this stage is precision — refining the selected direction until it feels confident, cohesive and ready to represent your business.

Approval & Delivery

Once your final logo is approved, an invoice will be issued for the remaining balance. Upon payment, you will receive a comprehensive logo package containing all essential file formats for both web and print applications. This ensures your brand remains consistent, professional and effective across every platform.

Full copyright ownership of the final logo is transferred to you upon final payment.
